Most men have never really considered shirt re-cuts
Every year men search the upper end stores, SACHs, Niman Marcus and the like to find great shirts at an unbelievable prices. The problem is they don't fit. At Maldonado's we've made it an art form to tear the shirt apart and make it fit like custom.
What exactly is a shirt re-cut?
The re-cut actually starts with the customers measurements. Its as if we were making a shirt from scratch. The process is making sure the shoulder yoke sits at the right location and of course the sleeves be the right length and that the chest,waist and hip fit you with the right comfort amount.
We have a customer that purchase six Sea Island Cotton shirts at $60.00 on sale. Sent them to us and now they fit like a glove.
We recommend that you send us several, we'll do one to make sure everything fits well, and do any tweaking to come up with the master pattern.Ultimalely we have a pattern on file for future re-cuts . You can send us a favorite shirt that fits you well and will copy the measurements right off the shirt.
